Cadbury champions everyday acts of kindness with an ad starring a boy and a teenage girl.
The spot shows a boy as he travels on the bus with his mum, bar of Dairy Milk in hand. Although he is told to save the bar for later, the boy sees a nearby teen crying on her own and offers her a piece of chocolate. It ends with the tagline: "there’s a glass and a half in everyone."
The ad launched on Monday (31 May) across TV and digital activity, and will run until the end of October. It was created by Joe Lovett and Jack Snell, and directed by Frederic Planchon through Academy Films. Media is handled by Carat.
In April, Cadbury encouraged sweet-toothed consumers to replace their bar of Cadbury Dairy Milk with an alternative from a high street chocolate shop.
