Callaway Golf offers golfers opportunity to try out new driver

Callaway Golf is launching its largest ever advertising push outside the US with a £3 million pan-European campaign.

Claydon Heeley Jones Mason has developed cross-media activity to support a promotional offer that allows golfers to "test drive" its Great Big Bertha II driver.

National and local press activity, television, radio, direct marketing, digital and local event marketing will run in 15 markets across Europe.

Media planning and buying, through Manning Gottlieb OMD, focuses on the sports pages of national and local press as well as TV spots around golf coverage on platforms such as Sky Sports in the UK.

The campaign was written by Gary McNulty and art directed by Chris Felstead.
