The satellite channel, Bravo, has launched a ’Hangover Ambulance’
to deal with waifs and strays who have had a few too many sherries over
the festive season.
One of its first patients was PHD Compass’s media director, Mark
Girling, who is renowned for his diligence on the party front. Girling
was attended to by Bravo’s staff nurse, Gertie, who raced round to make
sure he didn’t feel too peaky at the end of the day.
