DMB&B must have thought for a second that it had the monopoly on baby stories when it was approached by a mother-to-be from Merseyside who was desperate to get hold of the Dolmio theme that plays on the ad.

After calling the agency, and finding the treasured tape, she gave birth

to a gorgeous baby boy to the strains of the tune and named him

Dominic.



But it seems that another agency has outdone DMB&B in the infant

topicality stakes. Grey, which resides only a hop, skip and jump away

from the Portland Hospital, was inundated by reporters and photographers

last week when Posh Spice, Victoria Adams, and Manchester United’s star

player, David Beckham, became proud parents last week.



Anxious to be involved, the agency quickly erected a poster directing

well-wishers to the hospital.
