News reaches us that McCann-Erickson’s proposed takeover of the Leith Agency is not going down as well with some people as the network might have hoped.

News reaches us that McCann-Erickson’s proposed takeover of the

Leith Agency is not going down as well with some people as the network

might have hoped.



A cycle path sign outside the Leith’s Edinburgh office has been

entertainingly defaced with the addition of ’On Yer’ and ’McCann’s’, as

pictured.



Perhaps making a jibe at Campaign rarely venturing North, the culprit

kindly took a Polaroid of their handiwork and mailed it to us.



Enclosed with the snap is a note, crafted from cut-out newspapers,

reading: ’From 2 Revolting Staff At The Leith.’



Obviously, we’ve never been that fond of Scottish people, but even we

wouldn’t go so far as to call them revolting. Although, on second
