eye-to-eye obviously never worked at Edinburgh’s Union agency.
Last week, the agency’s account director, Beverley Friar, and
copywriter, Michael Brown, got married - while the managing director’s
PA, Joanne Grindley, is to wed the Mac operator, Glen Kerr.
Union is adamant that it fuelled the romance by making Friar work on the
same accounts as Brown, but Grindley’s boss, Ian McAteer, believes the
agency’s name has more to do with it.
