The site was put together for the UK but had to complement the parent

site. It employs the latest technology, avoids gimmickry and includes

features such as the ’construct your own Audi’ pages and a cost

calculator, which works according to the user’s specification.

This site aimed to provide a quick and authoritative point of contact

for potential buyers of high-value items by offering clear and salient

advice. Requests for Goldfish Guides increased by 670 per cent.

Designed to appeal to potential recruits, the site includes personal

profiles and three interactive intellectual challenges. Enquiries have

risen by 60 per cent and fulfilment costs have plummeted.
