The band Dodgy is taking legal action over an advertising campaign by Comet, the electrical goods company, which appeared in publications including The Daily Telegraph. Dodgy claims that Comet used the URL of its official website, dodgy.co.uk, as part of its campaign. Dodgy is using its website to raise funds to record its next album and claims that at least one investor withdrew its pounds 1,000 pledge on seeing the Comet advert.
