The full-service digital marketing agency Traffic Interactive has slashed its workforce by 16. The agency said the job cuts were inevitable as the company needed to consolidate its offerings. The managing director, Martin Child, said: 'The market will go through a period of resettlement in 2001. It is with regret that, to maintain financial strength, we have had to make staff redundant. The cuts are at a relatively junior level across the board, including design personnel, coders and copywriters.'
