Partners Andrews Aldridge is launching a website for the business telecommunications supplier Energis to enable it to build closer relationships with its customers.
The agency, appointed to develop a seven-figure customer relationship management (CRM) strategy for Energis, has replaced Energis' previous site with a more dynamic model that uses flash technology and database management tools.
Partners is using the Energis green man brand throughout the site as a navigation device. It features a firewalled area called 'Close Up', which is available only to registered prospects and customers, allowing them to personalise their web space and access relevant information.
The agency will support traffic to the site with a programme of direct mail to 100,000 UK customers and prospects and similar activity throughout Europe. Each customer will be given a unique code to enter the 'Close Up' section of the site. The direct mail encourages businesses to visit the site to learn more about business issues and telecoms solutions.
The site will launch across Energis Group in the UK and across Europe over the next few months. Outside the UK the CRM strategy will launch in Germany, Holland, Poland and Switzerland. Energis's previous site was designed by the company's internet service provider Energis Squared.
Phil Andrews, a managing partner at Partners, said: 'The site is designed to create an ongoing relationship through dynamic content.'
