Digital@JWT's strategic director, Tim Hayward, has left the agency without a job to go to. Hayward co-founded JWT's digital arm with its managing director, Jeremy Davies. Davies commented on his departure: 'Tim's particular skills lie in building high-growth entities and catalysing change. We knew from the start that responsibility for the continued development and profitable running of the business beyond the initial growth phase would be handed to different members of the team.'
