CAMPAIGN-I: News in brief

The UK has the second-lowest access to high-speed home internet,

according to a survey by NetValue. The survey put South Korea at the top

of the league with 57.3 per cent broadband access. The US came in second

with 11.1 per cent, while the UK only had 3.1 per cent. China was bottom

of the league with 0.4 per cent.
