CAMPAIGN-I: News in brief

The Pearson group is cutting 40 staff from and in an effort to reduce costs and break even by the end

of the year. The cuts account for more than 10 per cent of the company's

online workforce and will mainly include staff from the technology,

marketing, product management and back-office operations.
