Pres.co/Foresight, the digital solutions company created by the merger of two new-media agencies earlier this year, is to complete its integration process by rebranding as Wheel.
The company will offer consultancy, digital communication, marketing and technical services to its clients, which include Abbey National, Marks & Spencer and NTL.
The web agency Pres.co and the integrated marketing company Foresight merged in June this year.
Phil Redding, Pres.co's managing director, becomes the chief executive of Wheel, and Craig Hill, Foresight's former managing director, takes up the role as Wheel's strategy development director.
Redding said: 'This is the fullstop in the merger process and allows us to hit the ground running next year.'
At the time of the merger, Wheel revealed intentions to make an acquisition within the offline agency sector and, although this is yet to materialise, a spokesperson for the agency confirmed that it remains part of Wheel's growth strategy.
Hill said: 'It comes down to the philosophy that we don't see our clients living in isolation - offline is as much a part of their lives as online.
'Consumers demand a right to interact with a brand through any channel and we build solutions to those demands.'
