Emma Barns is unimpressed by the new Direct Line TV spots by Clemmow Hornby Inge: "Introducing cheesy twins Jack and Tom, the campaign sees them experiencing identical misfortune - car crashes, flooded houses, etc. However, smug Tom is with Direct Line, so his problems are solved quickly and efficiently. Jack, on the other hand, is with some 'other' company and so is screwed. Hopefully, the next instalment will see Jack and Tom devoured by sharks - let's see how Direct Line will cope with that."
