Pearce will report to Susannah Outfin, a president of global clients at Carat, and Malcolm Hunter, the chief communications strategist for Carat and Vizeum.
She will be responsible for global communications strategy for Johnson & Johnson and Renault.
Pearce joined Naked four years ago and was promoted to managing partner in 2006. She is a former Unilever brand manager on Olivio, and has also worked at McCann Erickson and TBWA\London. Pearce was part of the launch team of the now defunct Malcolm Moore Deakin Blayze before becoming the planning director at Soul.
Carat created its global client management team in September last year, hiring David Indo as its first president of global clients.
Tom Denford, the former director of communications planning at JWT, also joined the global management team in November.
