PHD has a distinctly different environment to other media agencies - we make time and space for reflection and idea generation. Our building has brainstorming rooms and quiet spaces. Being close to UCL adds to the feeling that PHD is a place of learning.
The graduate scheme
We welcome applications all year round. All applications should be addressed to Kate Corbett, our human resources director.
All of our staff are put through a training programme called The Knowledge.
This is a comprehensive course on the fundamentals of media and communications.
On top of this, all graduates receive ongoing training from specialists within our group companies to help them understand more about niche areas.
Graduates are also immersed into a learning and development programme to help develop personal skills. This can range from self-projection courses (RADA) to courses on structuring and leading a meeting.
Pay and benefits
PHD offers a competitive salary in line with the market rate. Private healthcare is available to all staff and we operate the "holidaytrade", where individuals can buy or sell one week's holiday (in addition to their 25-day allowance).
