Pay and benefits
Profero has a competitive entry-level salary at the top end of the scale.
You will be given shares in the company after your first year, as well as participation in a profit-share bonus scheme. Everyone here is given two 360deg appraisals a year, with clear SMART objectives to ensure their professional development is on track.
Internet advertising growth has outperformed all other media over the past three years and we don't see this changing, especially as digital opportunities outside the internet continues to increase - areas such as mobile marketing and interactive television.
