Our well-established and highly respected training programme is one of the best in the industry. In 2003, we picked up a gold at the IPA's Continuous Professional Development Awards and, in 2004, we took silver. The programme is run by our own people and is widely revered. We also pay for IPA exams for those who wish to take them. Everyone receives an annual appraisal - a Peak Performance Dialogue, where people's training needs, dreams and ambitions are discussed.
