Carling "Slaves - Bugs" by Havas London

Carling and and Britain's Beer Alliance co-created a music video with British band Slaves to celebrate the pub and its key role as a live music venue for emerging artists.

Created by Havas London, the project continues Britain’s Beer Alliance’s "Long live the local" pro-pub campaign. In the video, Slaves perform in a packed pub to an energetic crowd, before flashing to a dystopian version of a pub in a derelict state. It ends on the line: "Keeping pubs alive keeps music live". The work was directed by Phil Poole through Mealing Media.
