Carlson wins online marketing business on Muller dairy brief

Carlson has been awarded the lead digital agency slot for Muller

dairy. The client has not confirmed that an official pitch took place,

but it did talk to other agencies.

Muller has appointed Carlson Marketing Group to develop its online

marketing strategy. Carlson Digital has been charged with building a

direct online relationship with customers and, ultimately, increasing

frequency and volume of Muller UK sales.

Mike Driver, Muller's head of consumer marketing, commented on the

appointment: "Carlson's strategic understanding of building customer

relationships online combined with the ability to deliver end solutions

won it the work. Carlson showed us it could capture, analyse and

manipulate customer data to help us create profitable online

relationships with our customers."
