The agency, which was launched by the former HTW associate creative director Chris Catchpole and account director Ian Howe, has closed its doors following a difficult first half of 2008, during which time it lost its founding client The Royal Marsden and struggled to win new business.
Catchpole is continuing to work directly with the agency's clients including Anglian Windows, GSK and Unilever as well as on a new project from Linkedin.com.
Catchpole spent four years at HTW as the associate creative director responsible for award-winning campaigns such as FAS Aware's foetus in a Tequila bottle, which took two golds at the 2005 DMAs.
Catchpole said: "It's like a rollercoaster - the highs are fantastic and the lows are awful. We had to get off but we'll get on another one soon. I've no regrets. We had a brilliant three years."
