CDP appoints new managerial pairing

Cdp-travissully has bolstered its management line-up with the appointments of Jonathan Drapes as its creative director and Sharon Browne as its business development director.

Drapes and Browne will work with the agency's director of strategy, Julian Delamain. Drapes, who joins from 4creative, began his career at the Sydney-based advertising agency, Campaign Palace, before joining JWT Brisbane, where he picked up awards for Kit Kat and Kellogg.

Browne previously worked as the business development director at Sponsorvision, an AFP specialist, where she held an equivalent role. Before that, she spent three years at Heresy as a group account director. Browne began her career at United Distillers.

Simon North, cdp-travissully's chief executive, said: "Jonathan understands how to deliver insightful creative that engages people across multiple platforms and contributes directly to brand success. He'll bring new ideas, passion and energy to the agency, as well as seeking out the best talent.

"Sharon has been successful at both winning and growing client business and will bring a fresh perspective and rigorous approach to our marketing and new business effort. I'm thrilled to have gathered such a strong and like-minded team to help me focus the agency's offering. These changes mark the start of a new chapter in the CDP story."
