Drapes and Browne will work with the agency's director of strategy, Julian Delamain. Drapes, who joins from 4creative, began his career at the Sydney-based advertising agency, Campaign Palace, before joining JWT Brisbane, where he picked up awards for Kit Kat and Kellogg.
Browne previously worked as the business development director at Sponsorvision, an AFP specialist, where she held an equivalent role. Before that, she spent three years at Heresy as a group account director. Browne began her career at United Distillers.
