CHI promotes three in management rejig

Clemmow Hornby Inge has promoted Danny Josephs (right) to head of account management and Rebecca Munds and Ben Southgate to joint planning directors.

All three will also retain their existing account management and planning duties.

Josephs was a Campaign Face to Watch in 2001 and joined CHI to work on new business and account handling in 2002 from Ogilvy & Mather, where he was the business director. He was previously at TBWA\GGT Simons Palmer.

Southgate (left) was the first planner to join CHI, in 2001. The move reunited him with Simon Clemmow, with whom he worked at Simons Palmer Denton Clemmow Johnson from 1996. He remained at the agency through the merger with TBWA and was a senior strategic brand planner before joining Media 21, now Beyond Interactive, in 2000.

Munds joined CHI in 2003 to work on the British Gas account. She joined from M&C Saatchi, where she was the deputy planning director, working on accounts including COI. She began her career at TBWA\London before spells at Lowe Howard-Spink and TBWA\Chiat\Day.

Commenting on the promotions, the CHI managing director, Sarah Gold, said: "All three have been at the heart of much of the agency's success to date, and have already done a huge amount to influence and maintain our excellence in both disciplines. They will also help to ensure that we look after our people as we grow."
