The Pernod Ricard label commissioned Layton and photographer Dan Tobin Smith to create and shoot the glass droplets, each of which was hung containing flavour elements including honeycomb, raspberry, cinnamon and lavender.
The bulbs were then suspended and photographed by Dan Tobin Smith to form the visual crux of the campaign, which comprises outdoor, print and digital ads.
The campaign, which breaks this week, is being pushed via online and social channels, including Instagram, while Chivas has created online films showing how the droplets were made.
