The amiable Macleod flags the continuing introduction of contactless payment across the TfL network as one of his work highlights, adding that he was delighted to see the initiative pick up a gong at the Marketing New Thinking Awards. Other notable campaigns this year include Project Guardian, aimed at increasing reports of sexual offences on London transport, and an awareness drive explaining the not-for-profit status of TfL.Macleod, who completed the Marketing Academy Fellowship programme this year, says that he’s had a "fascinating" 2015. "It’s rewarding to be working for an organisation that is helping to keep London growing, and making life in the capital better," he adds.
