The brand today (2 November) announced that the tour will kick off on 20 November at Inverness Retail Park, and it will come to an end on 23 December when the truck stops off at London's Leicester Square.

Coca-Cola is once again inviting members of the public to visit one its many upcoming Truck Tour events, where they will be able to have a photo taken in front of the truck and sip on a complimentary beverage. Entertainment will also be provided in the form of festive music.

The brand generated excitement around the tour via Twitter, only revealing the locations once a post it had published was re-tweeted 500 times.

Bobby Brittain, marketing director, Coca-Cola Great Britain said: "We’re delighted to be marking 20 years of ‘Holidays are Coming’ on UK screens and take the Coca-Cola Christmas truck tour to as many towns as possible in the run up to Christmas.

"By launching a competition for a member of the public to win a personal visit from the Coca-Cola Christmas truck and making a further 46 stops across the UK, we’re looking forward to being able to give a little happiness to as many people across the country as possible."
