Handled by COI, the creative pitchlist includes Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, Delaney Lund Knox Warren & Partners and Leo Burnett. ZenithOptimedia, Rise Communications, BLM Media and MindShare are pitching for the planning brief.
The winning agencies will be briefed with creating a heavyweight launch strategy backing the introduction of the Energy Performance Certificates to both consumers and businesses. They will also create follow-up campaigns as the use of the certificates becomes more widespread.
The certificates show that a property has met energy usage targets set out in the European Buildings Directive. After June this year, anybody building, renting or selling a property will require one.
