Coke and The Sun sign popstars for Music4you work

Coca-Cola and The Sun have signed up popstars including Emma

Bunton, Hear'Say, Steps, Atomic Kitten and Samantha Mumba to take part

in their joint music4you promotion, which will target more than five

million consumers this summer.

The stars will feature in a 'magalogue', offering music merchandise and

experiences in exchange for tokens from Coke products and The Sun and

News of the World papers.

They will also participate in interactive online sessions, host

masterclasses and donate 'dream experiences' for the Music4You

auctions.

Consumers will be able to bid for the chance to DJ at Cafe Mambo in

Ibiza and spend a day with pop photographer Andy Earl.

Five million copies of the magalogue will be inserted into issues of The

Sun from May 19. A further 150,000 will be distributed around student

unions, clubs and bars, and 300,000 will be placed in retail outlets.

The Marketing Store is handling the promotion.

The Sun will back the campaign with TV and radio ads by TBWA/London,

while Coke will run poster and radio work through McCann-Erickson for

six weeks from June.
