Created by The 10 Group, the stunt captured a couple who thought they had been picked at random for buying insurance online and were about to receive £10,000.
However, the film shows them being told that there has been a mistake, and that they have actually won £1 million.
It was directed by Ben Wolfe. The executive producers were Mandy Watkins and Neil McCallum.
The video has attracted more than 142,000 views on Facebook.
