IPC's women's weekly division Connect has strengthened its publishing team with the appointment of four publishers across its four key areas - classic, mature, easy entertainment and celebrity.
Women's Weekly publisher Oswin Grady becomes publisher across the classic titles Woman and Woman's Own.
Sally Hogg joins the group from Redwood, taking on Grady's former role at mature brand Woman's Weekly.
Andrew Kirkland takes up the new position of publisher of Now, the group's celebrity weekly, and Lynsey Bushell becomes assistant publisher of Mizz.
The division is seeking a publisher for easy entertainment title Chat, which was being looked after by Hogg.
IPC Connect managing director Linda Lancaster-Gaye said: "The changes give us more
fire-power to develop in each area."
Sandy Gale, publishing director at the division, said the new positions will allow further growth across the titles."Over the last three years, we have developed a significant and highly-profitable specials programme and this new publishing structure will ensure that we can drive sales and profits in this powerful sector even harder and faster," Gale said.
