- Coopers & Lybrand has unveiled its new website, which has been created with a strong focus on the development of a one-to-one relationship between the brand and its site visitors.
The site for the corporate finance side of the company, commissioned by Keith Marsden who is Head of Marketing at Coopers & Lybrand Corporate Finance, was designed and built by Head New Media.
In addition to client testimonials and partner profiles, the site offers the opportunity for visitors to make contact instantly with a member of staff at Coopers via a unique call-back arrangement.
According to Marsden: "We believe that our site maximises the potential offered by the web for corporate finance services and sets a benchmark for the market."
The call-back arrangement is one way that the site attempts to avoid the brochure look that is often associated with organisations like Coopers.
Felix Velarde, Head's managing director, said: "We wanted to get away from the visitor's natural inclination to compare the Coopers site with those of its competitors, and get straight into building dialogue. The site is designed to create a comfortable environment which reassures visitors and encourages immediate contact."
