The first event will take place on 5 July on Weston-Super-Mare’s seafront in south-west England. Electronic music act Disclosure and DJ Annie Mac have been confirmed to perform.
The festival will then travel to Playa del Carmen in Mexico on 26 July before hitting beaches in Acapulco in Mexico, Toronto Islands in Canada and Ibiza in Spain throughout August. Full details of performers and locations of the latter three festivals have not yet been announced.
Each festival is expected to attract between 5,000 and 8,000 attendees.
Digital partner Beatport will also run an online DJ competition alongside the event, culminating in a grand final at the closing festival in Ibiza.
Jane Kirsh, global marketing director at Corona, said: "The beach is part of our DNA. Over the past 80 years, we’ve developed a deep emotional connection with the beach in the hearts and minds of people around the world.
"This summer Corona continues our journey to celebrate the world’s beaches in every way. First, we’ll invite you to step into the sunshine with Corona Sunsets Festivals, a new music experience on the horizon."
