Warman & Bannister has asked us to point out that the operating loss disclosed in its 1997 accounts in the Agency Profits League (Campaign, 1 October) of pounds 953,000 excluded insurance income of pounds 1.2 million. This was received as a result of disruption caused by the Docklands bomb and, if taken into account, gives a profit figure of pounds 268,000.

is he an employee of the agency.
