Craik Jones lands NHS careers brief

COI has appointed Craik Jones Watson Mitchell Voelkel to handle a direct marketing brief encouraging young people to take up careers in the NHS.

The agency won the business after a shoot-out against two undisclosed agencies. Craik Jones will be responsible for e-mail marketing, direct mail and strategic development for the recruitment drive, due to launch in June.

Craik Jones will produce a series of executions that will be sent to all users who register on a new NHS careers website, which is being developed by the digital agency Worth.

The executions will target 14- to 19-year-olds at important stages in their education, such as their GCSEs and A-levels, informing them of the career paths the NHS has on offer.
