In March 2016, Davies will celebrate two years at Netflix. Prior to this she was at Starbucks, and before that held marketing posts, at Vodafone, and agency roles.
Although Netflix has a policy of not speaking to the press, her creativity, warmth and formidable ability are serving her well at the video-streaming brand. This year, California-based Davies oversaw a European campaign using the line "Great things start with Netflix", promoting the firm’s expansion on the Continent.
