Fielding thrives on a fresh challenge and this is certainly what she found herself with on taking up the Vodafone job in May. Despite her science degree, this is Fielding’s first "techie" brand marketing role. She began her career on the agency side — among her achievements are running New Labour’s account in 1997 at DDB and leading Dove’s "Campaign for real beauty" while at Ogilvy & Mather.
Fielding switched to the client side in 2008 when she joined The Independent but made her biggest mark at Kraft as vice-president of marketing. Highly respected in the industry, Fielding is a keen mentor and coach.
