David Beckham's inner workings revealed in Motorola ad

LONDON - A new Motorola campaign released today gets under the skin of footballer David Beckham.

The TV and print ads, shot in Milan last month, reveal Beckham’s inner workings, as the new Aura phone acts as an x-ray.

Motorola said the ad, by Ogilvy London, was partly inspired by anatomical renaissance art.

Beckham said: "I love classic watches, so a phone that exposes its mechanics while also being so stylish is really unique."

Motorola said the phone takes its inspiration from luxury watch design.
