IPC Magazines has appointed Delaney Fletcher Bozell as the first
roster agency for its TV weeklies group since the deregulation of the
listings market in 1991.

The circulation of TV Times has been sliding since competition was
introduced into the sector but, after IPC’s management buyout last year,
new bosses have pledged to turn the title around.

would work on a campaign in the autumn, which could take TV Times on to
television for the first time in seven years.
