Dennis to focus on digital magazines

Dennis Publishing plans to develop more bespoke digital magazines for advertisers and has appointed a new product development ad manager to sell the concept.

Sophie Strickland, who joins from Future, will also be the main ad contact for press buyers on Dennis' digital men's weekly magazine Monkey.

She will have day-to-day commercial responsibility for the magazine, supported by Dennis' interactive and creative solutions teams, and will be tasked with increasing Monkey's share of entertainment and mass-market men's lifestyle advertising.

Strickland was previously ad manager for Total Film and DVD Review.
