Diary: Adman outshines Jay-Z

Is the UK's answer to Jay-Z an account man from DLKW Lowe? You've probably already seen the spoof of Alicia Keyes and Jay-Z's Empire State Of Mind currently doing the rounds on YouTube, which instead of paying homage to New York gives praise to the Welsh town of Newport.

One of the three writers behind the viral is Leo Sloley, a suit at the recently merged agency. The song has become one of the online hits of the summer, achieving 200,000 views in two days, and has also been featured on the BBC, ITV and Sky.
