DIARY: Coleridge feels a right tit after WACL dinner

Few would have wanted to be in the shoes of Conde Nast’s managing director, Nicholas Coleridge, as he bravely delivered the after-dinner speech at last week’s WACL dinner - days after the launch of M&C Saatchi’s vogue.com ’nipple’ ad campaign.

Few would have wanted to be in the shoes of Conde Nast’s managing

director, Nicholas Coleridge, as he bravely delivered the after-dinner

speech at last week’s WACL dinner - days after the launch of M&C

Saatchi’s vogue.com ’nipple’ ad campaign.

The WACL ladies are supposed to represent some of London’s finest female

advertising minds, but sources say that they cackled, guffawed and

double entendred through the Q&As, every other topic pertaining to that

nipple.

When replying to an innocent sucker-up who congratulated M&C on the

campaign, Coleridge said that he’d give the nipples a ’pat on the back

for you tomorrow’.

Ladies, you should know better.
