Diary is pleased to report a case of life mirroring advertising. The mythical Day V Lately, the washed-up 90s DJ from the latest Yell ad, is finally having his 15 minutes of fame. The Ministry of Sound has chosen the track that the DJ hunts down (JR Hartley-style) in the ad to put on its Back To The Old Skool album. Perhaps no-one told it that Rapier just devised the track, called Pulse And Thunder, and the DJ character for the purposes of flogging Yell to people.
