Diary: More foetus, anyone?

In last week's Campaign, Chris Macdonald talked enthusiastically about the IPA's trip to China, and how the group was keen to embrace the sights and sounds that the country had to offer.

What the delegates were perhaps not hoping to experience, however, was a stomach-churning meal of 16 courses, hosted by the deputy leader of Nanjing and described by Euro RSCG's chief executive, Russ Lidstone, as "a range of dishes where we couldn't identify the animal on the plate".

Probably a good thing in the end, really, as some of the courses they did manage to make out included duck tongue, chicken feet and a boiled egg - served with a straw - with a foetus inside. Yum!
