Diary: A groundbreaking trip

Tamsin Davies at Fallon is your stereotypical senior planner - always the first to find fault.

This year, though, she's concentrating on geographical ones. She's off trekking along the world's biggest fault-lines, on a 15,000-mile expedition from Iceland to Iran for a project called Fault-line Living to document people's lives there. Yep, she's volunteering to trek around the world's danger zones to discover why any sane person would choose to call a fault-line home. If the cracks start to show at any point during her journey, Tamsin can console herself with the knowledge that the whole of the ad industry is behind her - her legion of followers on Facebook reads like a who's who of adland.
