illustrate an article, to be called ’Redesigning the penis’. But now it
seems that the magazine has got cold feet, and there is some debate
about whether the article should run at all. Insiders say the chances
are it will go ahead as planned, partly to justify the cost of the
Lycos head of European sales Anna Barez has always been a popular figure
with male members of the internet industry, striking Teutonic blonde
that she is. And her accent only adds to her appeal. It seems that when
the search engine shared an office with sister company AOL, she used to
drive colleagues wild as she sold rude words to clients. (For the
