Diary: Karmarama gets arty

The line between art and advertising is about to become even more blurred. A poster from Karmarama is currently hanging in the Tate Britain as part of an exhibition called "Rude Britannia" opening this week.

The exhibition celebrates British comic traditions through the ages and the Karmarama poster, created for the anti-war march, shows Tony Blair wearing a teacup on his head and the slogan "make tea not war". OK, so it didn't quite stop the Iraq war, but at least it's considered art.
