Diary: Media scene's looking very good for the future

Drum roll please ... and the winners of the IPA Top Totty contest are ... Dominic Geary, the director of MediaVest Leeds, and Hannah Caine, a comms planner at OMD.

"Who?" Diary hears you cry. Well, it's clear the advertising hunks of yore - Messrs Lindsay and MacLennan, for instance - have had their day and need to make way for the up-and-coming media talent.

It would appear that there are at least still some lookers inhabiting adland, with M&C Saatchi's Tiger Savage and Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy's Helen Calcraft named two of the top five foxy women.

Voters were also impressed with Ben Bilboul. Perhaps it was the Karmarama man's last appearance in Diary, running naked through a hotel, that swayed the vote.
