Mother has always been notoriously secretive about what goes on behind its painfully trendy Shoreditch doors. But not any more. The agency has allowed the photographer Nick Ballon into its offices to record a week in the life of Mother and take snaps of 140 "characters" at the agency, from cleaners to strategists. The resulting shots are being Tweeted to Mother's Twitter followers. The reason? Mark Waites explains: "We were running out of things to Tweet about."
