Diary: Pick of the week - Mother/Orange

Claire Billings finds Mother's TV ad for Orange gives her goose bumps:

"I don't know if it's the timing of the campaign, the music, the idea or all three, but the story of how people's behaviour changed during the 2003 New York blackout gets the temperature just right. There was immense pressure on the agency to perform on this campaign. So well done to art director Augusto Sola, writer Gustavo Sousa and director Noam Murro, for combining good feeling, altruism and strong production values to make it work."
